DishTuner provides:

  • Satellite database and channel listings
  • Satellite dish alignment calculations (azimuth, elevation, LNB skew)
  • Interactive maps for location visualization
  • Mobile application for enhanced alignment guidance

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate location information when using alignment features
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate satellite data and alignment calculations, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information. Users should verify satellite positions and alignment angles independently before installation. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from reliance on our calculations.

5. Intellectual Property

The DishTuner name, logo, and all related content are the intellectual property of DishTuner. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the Service (such as comments or feedback), you grant DishTuner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." DISHTUNER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

DISHTUNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US, IF ANY.
